On November 30th, Company 5 was dispatched for a vehicle fire in the area of the 115mm of I 80 East. Engine 5 went enroute, and was updated that multiple calls were reporting a fully engulfed Pennsylvania Department of Transportation plow truck.
The driver had pulled over after having technical issues. Engine 5 arrived a short time later and a bumper line was put into service to extinguish the fire. All company 5 units cleared the scene at approximately 06:40. Chief 5 had the command.
