On Friday just before noon Company 5 was alerted for a brush fire near the address of 45 Camp Road.  Deputy Chief Graham responded and was immediately advised the fire had spread to a nearby shed and the request was made for an extra engine and next due brush and brush tanker.

Dep5 arrived on scene to find the home owner had been burning rubbish in the early morning hours. After leaving the fire unattended leaves and other material caught fire ultimately consuming the shed.   Crews were able to contain both fires and remained on scene for roughly an hour.
Units on scene were Engine 5, Brush 5, Brush and Brush Tanker 6, Brush 1, DCNR and LTPD.
