On March 30th, Company 5 units were dispatched for a vehicle accident in the area of the off ramp, Exit 120 of Interstate 80. Multiple calls were reporting a pickup truck off the road that had possibly overturned. Rescue, Command, and Car 5 arrived on the scene and confirmed the report of 1 male was out of the vehicle denying injury. The male was eventually transported for treatment of minor injuries. Company units controlled fluid and provided traffic control before the vehicle was removed by towing. Units operated for approximately 1 hour. Deputy 5 had command.
