Company 5 was dispatched to Interstate 80 at the 120mm west for a vehicle accident involving 2 tractor trailers with injuries blocking both lanes.  Deputy chief (Graham) arrived on scene established 80 command and confirmed 2 trucks blocking the road with 1 patient needing ems care and fluids leaking.  The location of the crash was believed to be east bound due to backlog in both lanes and was just inside Bradford Township making the incident a company 16 (BJW) box.   Command advised county dispatch to have company 16 paged and fire police to close down the west bound lanes at the 123mm.  Company 5 units provided traffic control and fluid containment until towing and recovery arrived and took over.
