Company 5 was dispatched mutual aid to Hyde for a single vehicle crash with entrapment on Washington Ave.   Rescue 5 responded with a crew of 4 and assisted with extrication and removal of the patient from the car using Hurst spreaders to remove the driver door.  Units on scene ET6, R8-1, R5, LTPD and CEMS.
