On October 24th, Company 5 was dispatched for a vehicle accident with entrapment in the area of the 113mm Eastbound of Interstate 80. Seconds after dispatch, Clearfield had additional information that everyone was now out of the vehicle. Command, Rescue, and Squad 5 responded. Units arrived to find one car on its roof and confirmed everyone to be out of the vehicle. Patients were transported to the hospital by Clearfield EMS for further medical treatment. Attack 41 also assisted at the scene.
