On July 24th, Company 5 was alerted to assist PD with a search detail of a missing male. The subject was to have walked off in to the woods after a camping trip.

Chief 5, Rescue 5 and Squad 5 responded arriving on scene establishing a command post. Units from Elkland Search and Rescue were requesting to assist. While on scene, it was determined the subject possibly left the area. Crews terminated the search shortly after.
