On July 26th, Company 5 was alerted for a technical extrication in which a child had become stuck in playground equipment at Edgewood Apartments. Crews from Company 5 responded and arrived on scene to remove the child. Prior to having to use hydraulic tools, the child was able to become freed with soap and water. Crews assisted EMS with patient evaluation before clearing the scene.
