On February 16th, Company 5 was alerted to assist Clearfield Borough Fire with a working fire at 530 S 3rd Street; Clearfield Machine Company. Upon arrival Chief 1 confirmed a working fire upgrading the box to 2nd alarm.

Engine 5 arrived on scene establishing command of the C & D corners of the building. Company 5 and Company 8 members worked together to extinguish the fire on the first division. Units were ultimately able to get the fire under control. Company 5 operated on scene for approximately 2 hours.
