In light of the recent tragedy that struck Clearfield County, the Lawrence Township Fire Department, along with the Hyde Volunteer Fire Department, and Curwensville Rescue Hose and Ladder are teaming up to offer a Smoke Alarm For Every Family program.
Smoke alarm installation can make a big difference. The S.A.F.E Program offers eligible homes with free smoke alarms. The above departments have partnered with the American Red Cross for this initiative. In approximately two weeks the American Red Cross will be present providing door to door assistance.
