At the hours of 23:38 May 23rd Engine 5 was dispatched for a report of a commercial vehicle fire on Interstate 80 at the 120 East bound. Deputy Chief 5 arrived to find a working fire in the trailer. Engine 5 arrived and the crew stretched an 1″3/4 line and began suppression. Engine 1 was requested for water supply and manpower. Crews remained on scene for over 2 hrs. PSP and PennDot established traffic control and closed the Interstate while crews operated on scene.
