On January 23rd, Company 5 was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident near the address of 212 Goshen Road. Initial reports indicated two vehicles head on with possible entrapment.

Deputy and Rescue 5 responded to which Deputy 5 arrived on scene first confirming negative entrapment however multiple injuries. Rescue 5 arrived on scene conducting patient assessment and traffic control. PD and towing then took control of the scene.
