The morning hours of 5:30am Wednesdays Nov 22nd  Company 5 and 41 were dispatched to a single vehicle crash with injuries reported as a tractor trailer on its side at the 115mm eastbound of Interstate 80.   Crews arrived to find a truck on its side with significant guide rail damage on the right shoulder hauling dry pet food.   Hazards were mitigated and the driver was transported to the hospital.   Incident was turned over to PennDOT and towing company.   Units on scene:   R5, A41, FP508, PSP Clearfield and Clearfield EMS.
