On October 27th, Company 5 was alerted for a motor vehicle accident along Clearfield Shawvillew Hwy at the Interstate 80 on ramp. Initial reports indicated two vehicles in which one was “T-boned” by another. Both vehicles were to be blocking the roadway with injuries.

Rescue and Engine 5 responded arriving on scene to confirm the initial report. Crews provided EMS with assistance with extrication of the occupants from the vehicles. Units then conducted scene cleanup and traffic control until towing could arrive. Prior to clearing units were dispatched to another incident in Lawrence Township.
