On November 1st, Company 5 was dispatched to a tractor trailer rollover with injury along Interstate 80 near the 120 Clearfield exit. Initial reports indicated unknown injuries or entrapment, however 911 quickly received additional information confirming entrapment.
On November 1st, Company 5 was dispatched to a single vehicle accident along Martin Street Extension near Novey Recycling. Initial reports indicated a Honda Element rolled over with three patients blocking the roadway.
On October 27th, Company 5 was dispatched to a possible fire at the address of 1661 Martin Street in Lawrence Township known as Novey Recycling. Initial reports indicated an explosion with heavy smoke in the area.
On October 27th, Company 5 was alerted for a motor vehicle accident along Clearfield Shawvillew Hwy at the Interstate 80 on ramp. Initial reports indicated two vehicles in which one was “T-boned” by another.
On October 24th, Company 5 was alerted to assist Glen Richey Fire Department with a reported camp on fire near Creek Road in Boggs Township. As units began to arrive, it was found that the fire was actually off of the Old Erie Pike in Lawrence Township.
On October 18th, Company 5 was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident along Interstate 80 near the 116 eastbound mile marker. Initial reports indicated unknown injuries, unknown entrapment.
On October 24th, Company 5 was alerted to assist Lecontes Mills Fire Department with a working barn fire with multiple exposures. Initial reports indicated fire showing through the roof.
On October 17th, Company 5 was alerted for a motor vehicle accident along Interstate 80 near MM116. Initial reports indicated a tractor trailer down through the guide rails and down over an embankment. The 911 callers were unable to stop.
On October 15th, Company 5 was dispatched to assist Glen Richey Fire Department with multiple trees and wires down from a severe thunderstorm passing through Clearfield County. Both Engine 5 and Squad 5 responded handling over 10 separate incidents.
On October 14th, Company 5 was dispatched to assist BJW Fire Department with a working vehicle fire along Interstate 80 near mile marker 121 eastbound. Initial reports indicated a car hauler which was loaded with vehicles had caught fire and was spreading to the units onboard.
