Company 5 was dispatched to Hidden Valley Speedway for a vehicle accident involving a street stock race car vs two track employees. Upon arrival it was discovered a racecar had left the track sliding into the infield where it struck a photographer and corner flagman before striking an embankment and utility pole. The driver of the racecar had to be hydraulically extricated via Hurst tools. A landing zone was established and one patient was flown from the scene via Stat MedEvac while the other patients were transported via EMS. Crews were assisted by Clearfield EMS, Curwensville EMS and Hyde Fire.
