On July 12th Company 5 was alerted for a vehicle accident on McGeorge Rd and Four Mile Road. Initial reports advised of a single vehicle off the roadway in to a telephone pole. Upon arrival Company 5 members found a telephone pole snapped off with live power wires on the ground. The driver was self extricated  with no injuries. Crews awaited for United Electric to arrive on scene before providing scene clean up. Crews operated on scene for approximately 30 minutes.
