On October 24th, Company 5 was alerted to assist Lecontes Mills Fire Department with a working barn fire with multiple exposures. Initial reports indicated fire showing through the roof.

Engine 5 responded and arrived on scene with multiple other units from the initial dispatch. Crews assisted with establishing a fill site and water supply while other Mill Road members assisting with fire suppression. Crews operated on scene for over two hours before clearing to provide standby services for Goshen Fire Department.
